On the road at sunrise,

Morning Activities -

Up at 4:45 to take care of animals and have breakfast,

Heart test at 7:45 a.m. in Hamilton,

2nd test at 8:00 a.m. in Hamilton,

Meeting with Cardiologist at 9:00 a.m.

   Heart in good shape,

   I can continue my exercise routines

      and run as long as I “do not push too hard”,

   I am supposed to “listen to my body and remember

      how old I am”,

To RBG Herbarium for volunteer work,

Afternoon Activities -

4 km walk on Hamilton Waterfront,

   Very tired today and almost did not do the walk,

Tall Goldenrod, 

Evening Primrose,

Mayweed,

Panicled Aster,

Hedge Bindweed,

Small-flowered Galinsoga,

Japanese Knotweed,

Sticky Groundsel,

20 minute nap in my Lazyboy chair when I got home,

1.3 km Trail walk with Fleur-Ange & Marigold,

   Cut it short due to fatigue,

Collected the goats from the yard and took them

   to their barn stall (3rd time in 3 days),
