Morning Activities -

Garbage and Blue Box out to the road,

1.1 km Trail walk with Marigold,

To gym,

2 km treadmill walk,

(I had planned on trying a run today but

   I was both very fatigued and my left ankle

   was giving me so much occasional  pain that

   I almost fell a couple of times),

  

Afternoon Activities -

Slept for almost an hour after lunch,

Our dog nail clipper (Steph Stock) was over

   to clip nails of both Marigold and our cat,

2.10 km Trail walk with Marigold,

Seen or Heard from Kitchen -

Blue Jay,

Cardinal,

Crows,

Mourning Dove, 

Goldfinches,

Downy Woodpecker,

Red-bellied Woodpecker,

Black Squirrel.

Almost all Jack-in-the-Pulpits have 3 leaves
