Missed my sit spot today . . .

Volunteer work at Plan B,

Afternoon Activities -

45 minute nap,

Short distance Trail walk with Marigold, 

To Costco for hearing test and

   testing hearing aids,

Hearing aids adjusted to increase volume

   In my left ear,

Stopped at  Food Basics for some canned beans,

   (6 cans for about the same price as 1 can at Metro),

Seen or Heard from Kitchen -

Blue Jay,

Chickadees,

Mourning Dove, 

Goldfinches,

Red-Bellied Woodpecker,

Black Squirrel,

Grey Squirrel.
