Morning Activities -

1 km Trail walk with Marigold,

Found a Thyme-leaved Speedwell blooming,

To Gretzky gym,

   3 km Stationary Bike ride - 11m 46s,

   2 km Treadmill walk - 27m1s,

To Brantford Costco,

Raining as I drove home,

Afternoon Activities -

(Housecleaner and painter both here),

Ate in living room as the painter was working in kitchen,

Read in my study with Marigold,

Moved to basement to clean as it was still raining,

Took 3 km walk with Marigold when it stopped raining,

Goats out again and

   Virginia butted Marigold when I was not watching

      closely enough,

Marigold not hurt and we finished the walk,

   Made it down to the west brush pile 

      for the first time in a while

      for my sit spot,

Seen or Heard from Kitchen -

Blue Jay,

Cardinal,

Chickadees,

Goldfinches,

White-Breasted Nuthatch,

Red-Bellied Woodpecker,

Black Squirrel,

Grey Squirrel.
