Dragonfly - Bread - Sit Spot #628 - October 16, 2020

Today's Dragonfly

somewhat difficult to see but

harder to photograph.

Sorry, I don't have an ID.

First attempt at bread making

using a dough hook on my new mixer.

I was not successful with the dough hook.

I finally took the dough out of the bowl and kneaded it by hand.

The bread looks fairly good but

it is solid as a rock.

Perhaps a new door stop?
