January 31 Breakfast





Homemade muffins:

1 3/4 c Freshly ground wheat flour 
1/4 c Tapioca flour
1/4 c Almond flour 
2 tsp Baking powder 
Pinch Salt
Walnuts 
Raisins 
Whole flaxseed 
1 Egg
1/4 c Olive oil 
1/4 c Honey
1 1/2 c Milk

(All measurments were approximate; I am seldom exact but most foods are eaten.)
