Morning Activities -
Short dog walk,
Had to stop along the way for bowels,
Spent most of the rest
Of the morning in my lazy boy chair,
(Did not sleep well last night),
Afternoon Activities -
Again much time in Lazy Boy chair,
Really feeling poorly,
Many, many trips to the toilet,
Tried again to walk the dog,
Again only made 300 metres
Before bowels objected,
Did some work on a digital painting,
Continued my many toilet breaks
And coughed, coughed, coughed,
Hope tomorrow is better,

Ladybugs in kitchen,
