I made muffins this morning

for the first time in ages.

I used up the squash to make 

"Pumpkin Muffins"

Morning Activities -

In much pain this morning

   so spent much of it in bed,

Afternoon Activities -

Felt much better after lunch,

Rounded up escaped goats, again,

   Put them in the barn for the rest of the day,

5 k Road Walk,

2 k Trail Walk,

   Tall Goldenrod still has a few blooms,

   Chickadees calling,

   Crows calling in distance,

Did some computer work,

Phoned re car insurance,

   Tail light assembly was not covered

    so I am about $800 poorer,

Seen or Heard from Kitchen,

Chickadees,

Goldfinches,

White-breasted Nuthatch,

Black Squirrel,

Grey Squirrel,

Red Squirrel.
