I went to the Wayne Gretzky Sports Centre

for the first time in 3 1/2 years this morning.

I had no idea how out of condition I was.

Even the 5 minute warm up made me tired.

That, plus having difficulty with my iPhone

for record keeping made the time frustrating.

In addition to the gym machines,

I spent a bit of time in the pool.

Long time since I swam.

Again, I was surprised at how little it took

to make me tired.

I did not do my wildflower and photo walk today.

I did do a 6.5 k road walk in the afternoon.

That walk, plus doing chores and walking about

for other activities gave me over 10 k for the day.
