 - added some exercises

 - kept weight low again

 - felt better today than the first day

 - 8 laps = 200 metres Front Crawl

 - 2 laps = 50 metres Breast Stroke

 - again felt better today than first day

Afternoon Activities -

Worked on Whirligig project

 - mechanics not working as expected

 - trying an off-centre cam to force

some vertical motions and it is not working

Longer road walk today i.e. 6.8 km

My goats are not respecting the fences

They just jump over whenever they feel like it

Not sure what I can do about it

Need to move them to the west paddock

as the east one is almost stripped bare again.
