1st 10 k run since my February fall on the ice
Very slow run
but I did it

Cardinal singing,

Crows cawing,

(Traffic noises),

(Jet - Air Canada Jazz flight 7549...),

Robins chirping,

Turkey Vultures circling,

Song Sparrows singing,

A touch of snow on the ground,


Along the Trails -

Aspens finally blooming?

Wow. No way I could do 10k. I remember jogging 7 km around the block in North Gower. Rural blocks! My running days are over. Good for you.
