Sedge - Sit Spot #763 - March 1, 2021

This is a common sedge 

on our property

but I do not know its name.

Just enjoying the green today.

Sit 763  : Brush Pile W  : Cloudy

+1º (-3º) w 10-25 kph  98% humidity 

Crows cawing,

Wind in trees,

Tree branches squeaking in wind,

(Traffic noises),

Extras:

Along the trails - 

Rooster crowing,

Chickadees "dee dee dee" calls,

Goldfinches "potato chip chip" calls,

Crows cawing,

Rat running in barn,

Cardinals singing 

Blue Jays calling,

Chickadees "fee bee" calls 

Eastern Bluebirds calling,

Gulls calling far overhead,

Odd “chur r r r r r r r r r r" calls???

   (A little bit like the bluebird call

    But slower, a bit lower in pitch,

    And steady, not rising or falling.)

P.M - Another, or the same, rat in barn,

Kitchen Window and Bird Feeder -

Blue Jays,

Cardinals,

Chickadees,

Mourning Doves,

Goldfinches,

Juncos,

White-breasted Nuthatch,

Red-bellied Woodpecker
