Along the trails -
Donkey,
Rooster crowing,
(Gone to organic farm by 7:30
so missed other a.m. sounds.)
(Fleur-Ange saw a Red-winged Blackbird in a.m.
near Brantford & 2 hawks.)
5:15 p.m. -
Several Red-winged Blackbirds calling
in & near our west meadow!
Tiny insects flying at my eye level,
2 flights of Canadian Geese flying overhead,
Cardinal singing "wick, wick, wick”,
Kitchen Window and Bird Feeder -
Blue Jays,
Cardinals,
Chickadees,
Goldfinches,
White-breasted Nuthatch,
Black Squirrels.
