until I called her name.

Leaves rustling underfoot,

During my late afternoon walk

of 4 k on our trails 

and during my 

15 minute sit spot time

I did not hear one sound

from a bird of any kind.

Kitchen Window and Bird Feeder - 

Blue Jays,

Chickadees,

Mourning Doves,

Goldfinches,

Juncos,

Red-breasted Nuthatch,

White-breasted Nuthatch,

Downy Woodpecker,

Black Squirrels.
