Goat Walking

Goat Walking, originally uploaded by Ontario Wanderer.

We only need to put a lead on one goat. The other will follow. Maybe we don't need the one lead but we have not had the goats long enough to know that. They are becoming more and more friendly everyday. I am looking forward to spring thaw so I can build a fence and let the goats go out everyday when they want.

Your blog name, which I saw in Tim Rice's blog, caught my attention... I too enjoy wandering--having hike the Appalachian Trail as well as many smaller ones like the John Muir and Laurel Highlands... I have canoed the Missinaibi nort to Moosene and am planning this summer to spent 7 days in the Quetico... I'll have to check out more of your blog.

As for goats, last week I posted about an encounter I had with a goat when I was a kid, maybe 7 or 8 years old.
