Morning Activities - 

Made eggs & sausage for breakfast 

Trail walk with Marigold, 

Cardinal, 

Crows,

Canada Geese flying overhead,

Mourning Dove,

Sandhill Cranes overhead,

Drove to Brantford Gretzky Gym,

   Walked 1 km on treadmill,

   

Afternoon Activities -

Tried to run on treadmill but watch

      suddenly asked for apple ID

   Due to my trying to get the app working again

      I lost time for the run,

   According to the app I spent more time running 1/2 k

      than I did walking a full km,

   Worked with weights for almost a half hour,

Stopped at Costco for groceries, hearing air adjustment,

   and gas for my car,

Went to the Health Lab again but could not find parking,

Our Sonos system is still not working properly,

I spent more time trying to sort it out by myself,

I found a new way to play music but still cannot get

   the old system working,

My watch ran out of battery power,

According to my iPhone, Marigold and I

   walked 2.2 km around the fields,,

About 75% of the snow on the trails is gone,

Did another scribble digital art piece for fun,

Seen or Heard from Kitchen -
