Made crepes for breakfast,

Left foot very sore from yesterday’s walk

   So did a short Trail walk with Marigold, 

Slept for over an hour,

Did about 20 minutes of stretching,

Afternoon Activities -

To Brantford to buy gas,

   Stopped at Bulk Barn for groceries,

More resting in chair to give foot a break,

1.5 km Trail walk with Fleur-Ange & Marigold, 

    Coyote tracks in the snow,

    Deer tracks in the snow,

Worked on sculpture for today’s art,

Made scrambled eggs for supper,

Finished digital art based on sculpture,

Seen or Heard from Kitchen - 

Blue Jay,

Cardinal,

Chickadees, 

Crows,

Mourning Dove, 

Goldfinches,
