Plan B Volunteer work,
Had another fall today,
Got my feet tangled in some plastic
at the end of the morning and went down,
Did not hit hard,
Drive to Hamilton St. Jo’s Hospital for
Electrocardiogram,
Met with Dr. Sebastian Ribas,
Heart is is good shape,
He removed one of my medications
as he thought I did to need it
Afternoon Activities -
Stopped at Tim Hortons to grab some lunch,
Had a nap when I finally got home,
1.2 km Trail walk with Marigold,
Very tired
Worked on a Sculpture/digital art piece
Seen or Heard from Kitchen -
Cardinal,
Chickadees,
Mourning Dove,
Goldfinches,
White-Breasted Nuthatch,
Downy Woodpecker,
Grey Squirrel,
Red Squirrel
