(Traffic Noises),
(Wind Chimes),
Extras:
Up 9 times last night,
More time walking to and from bathroom
than in bed I think,
Heart very irregular all night,
Morning Activities -
Fleur-Ange drove me to emergency
mostly before sunrise,
In emergency from 8 to 12:30,
ECG and blood tests and urine tests
all came back “normal”
Cardiology appointment in November,
Have to “take it easy” until then,
Afternoon Activities -
Caught up with my usual morning computer
data entries for the day,
Took Marigold for a 1.8 km trail walk,
Did my sit spot on the porch,
Went out after supper with Fleur-Ange & Marigold
For another 1.1 km trail walk,
Feeling exhausted from lack of sleep and
the stress of the emergency room visit,
(The nurse doing the blood work did it without
my feeling the needle at all)
