White-breasted Nuthatch,
Cardinal,
Red-winged Blackbird,
Along the Trails -

No run,
No trail walk,
No regular sit spot,
6 hours in St. Joseph Hospital Emergency,
Atrial Fibrillation,
New medications,
Did not ever feel “bad”
Just anxious due to Apple Watch warnings,
To bed very late, for me i.e. 11:30 p.m.
