If my memory were better I would not be so fit. I have been up & down these steps 4 times this morning and it is just 6:00 a.m.

Every time I stay at my daughter's house, I lose weight and my gimpy knee goes on strike.

I've counted (when every step was painful) 10 trips up and down those stairs in one day.

My knees talk to me when I go up and down the steps too but they still keep going. I have a 16 km run scheduled for later this morning so I guess the up and down steps workout is just a warm up but I would really rather wait until it is closer to run time.
