   Sit spot overlooking the harbour,

To Ancaster for osteopath appointment,

Much, much traffic everywhere,

   Main Street very full,   

   403 jammed going east,

   Ancaster Wilson Street full both directions,

   403 still full on eastbound after my 45 minute appointment,

   Wilson street backed up to before 403 eastbound,

   Jerseyville road even had more eastbound traffic than usual,

1.7 km trail walk with Marigold when I got home,

1 km trail walk with Fleur-Ange & Marigold after supper,

   A deer bounded across the west meadow

      as we walked,

   A coyote was howling further to the west

     singing with the train whistle,
