   New noise-cancelling headphones 

   made it much easier,

About 20 minutes of weights,

Afternoon Activities -

After lunch nap,

Worked on Herbarium records,

   (Made accidental errors in December 

    and still trying to sort them out,

1.6 km trail walk,

   Misty & very quiet,

   Saw 1 Grey Squirrel,

Seen or heard from Kitchen -

Chickadees,

Goldfinches,

Juncos,

White-breasted Nuthatch,

Downy Woodpecker,

Ladybug on kitchen table,

Grey Squirrel.
