Sit Spot and Red Trillium Up - March 8, 2020

Some years ago I found some Red Trilliums growing on our property. Shortly after I found them, some deer found them too and ate them. The next year when they did come up, I put a small fence around them. They are doing well and every year we have a few more and I have to keep making the fence larger. Because they have a fence, I can find them in early spring. Here are the first sprouts coming up!




Two more species of birds were seen by birders in Hamilton today so I am looking for them to come our way soon, I hope:
