hello wanderer... when this page opened for me i was struck by the beauty of an abstract. and wondered how it was done. then i saw the title and realized as the page continued to emerge that it was one of your great detail shots of nature.

Thos gypsy mothe caterpillars are nasty. They denuded the forests for miles around in our region. June looked like November.

Gypsy moths tend to come and go around here. This is a year of lots of them but they did not take too many leaves and I am going around distroying all the eggs that I can find. The local Conservation Areas have sprayed a few times as too many of the local oaks were being destroyed.
