All Quiet,

Morning Activities -

Drove to Gretzky Centre,

   6 km walk on indoor track,

   Walked with Donna, Diane, Leslie,

Stopped at Drugstore on way home,

   Could not find Fleur-Ange’s choice of cough drops,

   Picked up a prescription,

Early lunch,

Listened to CBC “Under the Influence”,

Afternoon Activities -

Listened to CBD “Quirks and Quarks”,

Shoveled sidewalk again,

Shoveled around the cars,

Shoveled around the mailbox at the road,

30 minute rest in music room,

1.5 km Trail walk with Fleur-Ange & Marigold, 

Cooked hamburgers for my part of supper,

Worked on digital painting,

Seen or Heard from Kitchen -

Blue Jay,

Cardinal,

Chickadees,

Crows,

Goldfinches,

Junco,

Downy Woodpecker,

Red-bellied Woodpecker,

Carolina Wren,

Black Squirrel,
