Most times, when I approach a frog, the frog jumps quickly and disappears. This one did not jump until I was only a few centimetres away with my camera.
Thanks for dropping by. Hope you like some of my other entries. I seem to be slowing down a bit with my postings but am glad when others drop by and make comments.
I had a similar experience with a pair of butterflies. I think they were so intent on the nectar of the flower they were on that they either didn't notice me or didn't care.
Hi, I have been trying to leave a comment on this post for a while now, but it just won't go...hope it does this time....As I was saying, I envy your lovely frog. There don't seem to be any down here by the house this year..just up in the fields.
Rurality, I answered your question either by e-mail or on your blog back in May I think.
Pam, Thanks for your comment!
Pablo, I saw on one of your blogs that you did some climbing out west. We did several climbs over 6000 feet and I did one over 9000 feet in Italy. Quite exhilarating!
ThreeCollie, Hope the frogs in your fields are eating lots of mosquitoes.

Nice frog. OW, what kind of camera do you have? I'm shopping for a new one and I'm trying to get recommenetations.
Awesome photo, OW! What a beautiful shot. You've got a fine eye for beauty.
