(I cannot remember the last time

   I was only up 2x during the night!)

Morning Activities -

Drove to Gretzky indoor track,

   6 km walk with Donna,

Stopped at bank on the way home

   To collect money for Fleur-Ange,

   (Paid my half of clothes washer),

Desk work,

Listened to CBC “Under the Influence”,

Afternoon Activities -

Listened to CBC “Quirks & Quarks”

Had a late lunch,

Took an hours nap,

Received a walking cane that I ordered,

2 km Trail walk with Marigold, 

Had another fall,

I was taking down a bale from the top

   of the haystack and lost my balance,

   Landed on the cement floor,

   So far no lasting pain,

Left over soup for supper,

Worked on another digital painting,

Seen or Heard from Kitchen -

Mourning Dove,

Morning Activities -

Slept in until 5:30 this a.m.,

(Nadia ill so I did not go to

   the Herbarium to volunteer 

   this morning.)

Tried a new Dutch Pancake recipe,

   Put in too much xanthan gum to

      compensate for gluten free flour

      and the mix was too thick to 

      pour out of the bowl,

   Scraped it out and baked it anyway,

   Was not too bad...,

Longer dog walk this morning,

   Lots of  tracks in the snow,

      Many birds,

      Deer,

      Squirrels,

      Rabbits,

      Vole or Shrew?

Afternoon Activities -

Drove to Gretzky gym,

   2 k walk 29:44

   1/2 k run 5:45

   Worked with weights  for the first time in ages,

   Managed to do a 1 minute plank,

      (Got a message on my watch that my

         heart rate was above 100 with “no activity”),

2 km Trail walk with Fleur-Ange & Marigold,

Read in “Stone Blind”,

Did a quick digital painting,
