Volunteer work at Plan B Organic Farm,

Afternoon Activities -

1 hour nap,

2 km Trail walk with Marigold,

Large, fresh deer tracks in the snow,

(Assume it was the large buck

  seen by the neighbours during the last

    few weeks),

Sorted some scrap wood looking for sculpture material,

Took some photos of art and scrap wood ideas,

Took apart old lamp reflector from the barn,

Got heat lamp from barn to put under reflector,

Worked on sculpture photo after supper,

Made "Baby Dutch Pancake" for breakfast,

Short walk around East meadow,

East Brush Pile Sit Spot,

Added brush to Brush Pile,

Slow 4 km  road walk,

(Feeling very tired these days),

(Lack of sleep adds to fatigue),

Afternoon Activities - 

20 minute nap,

2 km Trail walk with Marigold, 

"Hilled" the 3 Rugosa Roses,

Dug a hole for a new post in paddock,

Pulled wire fence up higher in NW corner of paddock,

Added staples to wire & branch at bottom of fence 

   to stop goats from going under the fence,

(Took my time to finish in spite of 

   sore ribs and fatigue),

Drove to Hamilton,

   Returned the Holter to St. Joseph Hospital,

   Stopped at Plant Nursery to buy x-mas tree,

40 minute nap

Picked up some branches on east side

Took them to the East Brush Pile,

Sit Spot in the Brush Pile,

Cut some left overs in old east paddock,

Broke my “good” shears while cutting tough stems,

Phone interview with Dr. Hadcock,

Removed one of my medications,

2 km Trail walk with Marigold, 

   Flock of Canada Geese headed south overhead,

Collected the goats from the yard

   and put them in their stall,

Fed the goats and donkey to avoid

   going out again,

   (Feeling very tired and sore),
