To Dundas Chiropractor,

2.1 km Trail walk with Marigold, 

Drove to Paris with Fleur-Ange for lunch,

Afternoon Activities -

Long wait for lunch,

Very noisy in restaurant,

Not impressed with my food,

Drove to Brantford Costco,

   Bought black oil sunflower seeds for birds,

   Bought gas for my car,

Drove to Gretzky Gym for track walk but

   forgot my running shoes so could not go in,

Drove home again,

Did not have the energy to do a road walk,

1 km Trail walk with Fleur-Ange & Marigold, 

Worked with scraps for a mini sculpture ,

Worked on iPad to change the sculpture photo into 

   a digital painting,

Very short dog walk,

Off to Brantford, 

   Foot clinic assessment & treatment,

   The long time sore is a “corn”,

   The “dryness” of my feet ic caused by

      a fungus,

Bought some lotions to put on feet and

   I need to soak in apple cider vinegar and Listerine

      in warm water for 20 minutes a day plus

      put on a lotion that I bought,

The corn need special care and bandages for at least a month,

Afternoon Activities -

Drove to Brantford again,

   6 km walk @ Gretzky indoor track,

     Saw Karan K & her partner who were running,

   No one from the run club showed up today,

.8 km Trail walk with Marigold in the snow,

   (Feeling very tired so did not do the west field),

   before finding it,

Took a much needed 6 km road walk,

Did a .6 km Trail walk with Fleur-Ange & Marigold, 

Worked on a sculpture/digital painting,
