      I got home,

Took a very long nap in my LazyBoy Chair,

2.5 km Trail walk with Fleur-Ange & Marigold &

   Nancy & Finn + shoveled the walk,

Cleaned the snow off the cars,

      on my iPhone.

To Gretzky indoor track for 5 km walk,

   Ron, Wendy, Diane, and Donna there too,

Shopping at Costco on the way home,

   I am sure that I ran more than 1 km but

       I do not know how much longer,

Got home late from gym,

Did some work on the computer,

Slept 45 min in my LazyBoy Chair,

Looked up file information for Nadia for RBG records,

Treated Fleur-Ange to a meal at

    the Indian Restaurant in Brantford,
