Your lady beetle looks much like the Five-spotted lady beetle (Hippodamia quinquesignata) which is a native species, but it does differ just a little. It's probably another of the native species, but I can't tell you which one as there are so many. Not sure about your spreadwing damselfly either. If the wings were a bit honey-coloured, it could be the Amber-winged Spreadwing (Lestes eurinus). Unfortunately, damselflies are usually difficult to ID from a photo.
